Hi my name is Bruce Filer, I have been doing hard materials here at ross for seven years. I have also been doing maintenance and building work around the school. In my time here, with the help of the children, I have built the radio station and Snap TV Studio. I have also worked on all the productions, building sets and other gadgets that were needed on set, including a dalek and a turn table with two sets on it.
In Wood Tech this year, we will be building a retro clock. It will be made from custom wood dowel and a clock movement. We will be using a mix of hand tools, hammers, hand planes, coping saws, drill presses and scroll saws. It will take seven weeks of 1 hour and 30 min sessions. The plan is to mark out the clock-and drill all the holes that need to be drilled. Then we will assemble the whole thing to make a real beaut clock.
Hi this is Isaih he has been building this plane for a month in his own time mainly his lunch times she's a real buet.
